Three pedestrians have been rushed to hospital in serious condition after a car crash in Sydney’s west.

Paramedics were called to the Bungarribee Road in Blacktown, at the intersection with Panarama Parade and Lock Street, about 9.15am.

One of the pedestrians is believed to have suffered head injuries, while the others have leg injuries.

All three are being rushed to Westmead Hospital.

It’s unclear how many cars were involved in the crash.
