An 18-year-old man of no fixed address was charged on Monday with multiple offences including injuring, affray, theft, and fleeing custody.

He remains before the courts.

Yesterday at about 10.45am, police arrested a 16-year-old Moonee Valley boy in Carlton.

He was charged with one count of murder and will appear in a children’s court at a later date.

Police are not seeking anybody else in relation to the alleged murder.
