A 17-year-old boy is fighting for life after a car rolled and crashed near Bendigo this morning.

Police were called to the scene on Elmore-Raywood Road in Elmore just after 2.30am, with a car reportedly leaving the road and rolling.

Three people were in the car at the time, including another 17-year-old boy and a 19-year-old boy.

They both suffered serious injuries and were taken to hospital alongside the first boy.

It is not known who was driving the car at the time, and it is not known what factors caused the crash.

Police are investigating and urging anyone with information or footage of the crash to contact Crime Stoppers.
