Further searches allegedly found multiple blue satchels containing a white powder substance, which was hidden in the lining of wallets, pencil cases and laptop bags.

Presumptive testing of the powder returned a positive result for heroin, with 65kg of the product located in the luggage.

It has an estimated street value of $32 million.

They were charged with one count of importing a commercial quantity of a border-controlled drug.

They will appear at Brisbane Magistrates Court today.
