The crash zone off Talavera Road at Macquarie Park was fenced off today, with crane work halted as its steel wire ropes remain buckled below.

Workers were seen getting stuck back in to work, though the focus remains on what caused the failure.

“Urban is proud of its safety record and will conduct a full investigation into this matter,” Urban Property General Manager Nick Gaudry told 9News in a statement.
