Three occupants were evacuated from the home during the fire, including a 53-year-old man who was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening burns on his legs.

During their investigation of the fire, police allege they found evidence of drug manufacturing, including chemicals and equipment in the kitchen.

A 25-year-old man, a 62-year-old woman, and a 53-year-old man were all arrested and are expected to be charged with drug manufacturing later today.

The woman is expected to be further charged with trafficking after police searched her and allegedly found about 30 grams of meth.
