A man has died after being pulled from the water in Sydney’s east this afternoon.

Emergency services were called to Murray Rose Pool, also known as Redleaf, on New South Head Road in Double Bay at about 2.30pm following reports of a concern for welfare.

Officers arrived and found an unresponsive man who was pulled from the water by members of the public.
